The SeaBird Submersible

Previous personal submarines have all employed electric engines and electric batteries for energy storage. Such systems require expensive battery banks and motors, external screws, and stuffing boxes, all of which add complexity, and of course, cost, while delivering very limited performance. SeaBird does away with all of it by employing the support surface vessel as a towing vessel.

As a SeaBird pilot, you'll maintain continuous communications contact with the towing vessel. Think of it as a 'voice-controlled' engine - go faster or slower at your request while you maintain the ability to maneuver within a cone behind the towing vessel. Should you choose to alter your trajectory by more than what the towing cable allows, simply direct the towing vessel where you want them to go. You'll quickly find there's nothing you can't do in a SeaBird that can be done in a conventional submersible. But there sure is a lot you can only do in a SeaBird!!
